Preparing for a trade show !
First of all, the choice of the exhibition depends on many factors and must be carefully made. The expected goals must be precisely defined.

As the event approaches, you will have to be even more vigilant : finalizing the last steps of your communication, preparing your stand, printing your commercial supports are all useful precautions to serenely approach your presence on D-Day.
During the event, a great organization is required to succeed the operation.
An attractive and well-documented stand with smiling and attentive teams will encourage visitors to pass by, and therefore initiate interesting contacts.
Finally, once the event is over, the real work begins : sort out the different commercial contacts, thank the visitors, discuss with the prospects according to their needs and maintain the contact are key elements in order to make the participation worth.

Cosmetic 360, the global gathering of innovations and trends in the cosmetics industry
The event, which aims to be the meeting place for decision-makers in the perfumery and cosmetics industry, presented its annual edition on October 13 and 14.
The only international meeting of the whole industry takes place in Paris and gathered more than 5 000 visitors and 220 exhibitors, including Voysen.
For this first show of the month, we exhibited in the Start-up Zone of the Carousel du Louvre, a space dedicated to highlighting young innovative companies.
Strategically placed at the entrance of the space, alongside twenty other structures, the team was very enthusiastic about this first participation as an exhibitor.
The event was well attended during the two days and allowed us to exchange with several very interesting actors throughout the event. Our brightly colored booth, decorated with our Cosmetic Awards nomination badge, attracted the curiosity of the many visitors present and was the perfect opportunity for us to present our solution to the greatest number of people.
The COSMETIC 360 AWARDS ceremony, rewarding the best innovations, also allowed Voysen to stand out after its victory in the Brands & Retail category.
The next day, our stand was full, benefiting from this nice publicity and the interest of new visitors. Two days full of emotions and meetings!
Makeup in Paris, the meeting place for makeup and cosmetics professionals
MakeUp in is a unique event dedicated to the skincare and makeup industries. This major event is the meeting point for suppliers, brands and trendsetters in the heart of mythical cities. Paris, New-York, Los Angeles and Shanghai welcome in turn the actors of the industry.
Industry professionals enjoy this opportunity to discover and discuss innovations and trends with a specific B2B audience.
More than 3,150 industry players from all over the world met at this first post-Covid edition with various objectives: boosting their business, making their company known, establishing partnerships, presenting a concept or new products... the possibilities are numerous.
One week after the Cosmetic 360, Voysen decided to exhibit again.
You could find us at stand M28 of the show, the opportunity for Voysen to be known by a specific and qualified public. These two days were a real discovery since it was a first participation.
Very focused on makeup, the show was able to gather a highly specialized public composed of the whole value chain of the industry.
The event was a valuable contribution, allowing us to better define our target and to learn more about the offer of other professionals in the sector.
Natexpo, the international trade show for organic products
Closing the month of October, our tour of trade shows ended at the huge Natexpo trade show, organized by and for organic professionals.
Scheduled every year for nearly 30 years by the Natexbio Federation, this major event for the entire profession brought together this year 1,200 exhibitors over 3 days: producers, manufacturers, processors, distributors and specialists at national and international level.
As the European organic market is growing rapidly, worth nearly 30 billion euros, innovations are numerous and brands are vying for a place in this strategic market segment.
It is with great interest that Voysen teams went on Monday, October 25 to the exhibition held in Hall 6 of the North Zone of Villepinte.
We were able to visit the Cosmetics village before going to the Food area which represented the vast majority of the stands present.
By exchanging with the different actors, we were able to confirm the relevance of our solution extended to a larger scale, whether in terms of food retailing or organic cosmetics.
Trade shows are key elements in the life of a company and are an opportunity to exchange ideas and make new professional contacts.
Thanks to these three trade shows, Voysen had the opportunity to assert its presence on the French cosmetics scene thanks to its innovative technological solution collecting and analyzing online consumer reviews, as well as to extend its reach to new sectors.
