The new offer is based on an advanced AI technology designed by Voysen that allows :

  1. to collect all the consumer reviews available on e-commerce platforms
  2. determine the topics mentioned by consumers in the reviews (texture, color...)
  3. analyze consumer feelings and determine the proportions of positive and negative reviews for each topic.
